1. Acceptance of Terms
N.W.K. Design (“we,” “our” or “us”) is committed to transparency and fairness regarding returns and refunds. This Returns Policy sets forth the conditions under which refunds may be granted for our digital products and custom design services. By purchasing from N.W.K. Design, you agree to the terms outlined herein.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are generally not offered for digital products due to their instantaneous delivery. Exceptions may apply in the following circumstances:
Technical Issues: If the product cannot be accessed or used owing to technical problems that cannot be remedied.
Mismatch with Description: If the product materially fails to conform to its advertised description or functionality.
For custom design services, refunds (or partial refunds) will be determined based on the proportion of work completed at the time of request.
3. Refunds for Custom Projects
Partial refunds for custom services are calculated as follows:
Prior to Commencement of Work: Full refund (100%).
During Project Execution: Pro rata refund between 10% and 50%, commensurate with the amount of work performed.
After Final Delivery: No refunds once a project has been completed and delivered.
To promote satisfaction, N.W.K. Design conducts early design reviews and milestone approvals to ensure alignment with your requirements throughout the process.
4. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, please:
Email Us: Send your request to contact@noahkroes.com.
Include Details: Provide your order number, a clear description of the issue, and any supporting documentation (e.g., screenshots).
Await Review: We will acknowledge receipt within one business day and complete our review within five business days.
Once approved, refunds will be processed via your original payment method and may require up to ten business days to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Support in Lieu of Refunds
In most instances, technical or usage issues can be resolved through our support channels. If you encounter difficulties with any purchase, contact us at contact@noahkroes.com, and we will make every reasonable effort to assist you. For those who engage our full setup service, N.W.K. Design will manage all aspects of deployment, customization, and troubleshooting on your behalf.
6. Important Notes
Refunds for digital products are discretionary and assessed on a case-by-case basis.We do not offer refunds for change of mind or preference for a different product once access has been granted.Please ensure you meet the eligibility criteria before submitting a request.
7. Changes to This Policy
N.W.K. Design reserves the right to amend this Returns Policy at any time. All modifications will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
