Project

Esso Extras rewards customers for using Esso’s services and products. For the 2024-2025 end-of-year campaign, the goal was to celebrate and reward loyalty in a fun and engaging way, encouraging customers to return and participate in an interactive experience.

Solution

By combining digital interactivity with real-world rewards, the campaign transformed loyalty point collection into an engaging, suspenseful experience, driving excitement and increased participation at Esso stations.

The campaign was a massive success—some people went all out and collected hundreds of keys!
